BLACKBERRY Outages - Globally

Please be advised that there is a major Blackberry device connectivity outages that started in the Orient and is now effecting North America and Canada. You may or may not be effected at this time. Please do not make any modifications to your networks or devices to attempt troubleshooting, as it is confirmed with Research in Motion that it is a Core Network Issue. They are working on the issue.
As your Managed Support Provider, we are in direct contact with RIM and will update you with any information we receive. This outage could affect different blackberry functions including email, messaging, internet access.
