Guaranteed Loaner Program
Upon request, a loaner of the same or equivalent system will be made available after the 2nd visit within thirty (30) days for the same problem. This insures 100% up time while your system is being repaired.
Guaranteed Replacement Program
If the equipment does not perform to the quality and support originally leased or purchased for, Atlantic will replace it with the same or equivalent model for the lease term or for three (3) years from the purchase date.
Extended Support Dispatch Hours
Speak live to our dispatchers Monday - Friday from 7:00am – 6:00pm or place a request online 24 hours a day. Atlantic also offers 24 hour/ 7day a week support by request.

Atlantic sends out a Customer Satisfaction Survey to each of its customers as a follow-up to the support call to insure total customer satisfaction. Atlantic is presently averaging 3.65 out of 4.0 for 2010 on this survey.

Automated Dispatch System
Our Support Department is backed up with an Automated Dispatch System (ADS), which enables our Support Technicians to receive and respond to support, calls via the telephone. This allows our Dispatch Department to respond to your needs in a timely manner. You will have the option to leave your support request on voicemail and a dispatcher will call you back with a confirmation number within one (1) hour or you may speak directly to a dispatcher and receive your confirmation number immediately during regular business hours.
